Press Release

WASHINGTON, DC – Today, Congresswoman Jacky Rosen (NV-03) released the following statement about the investigation related to the sharing of nude photographs on social media by Marines:

“It is absolutely shameful to learn about the level of misconduct that has taken place among Marines. I hope the victims receive the care they need immediately and that the individuals behind these disgraceful acts are held fully accountable. There should be zero-tolerance for such an offense and I hope that we take every possible step to eradicate any and all forms of sexual harassment. This kind of abhorrent behavior not only runs contrary to the standards that our men and women in uniform uphold but undermines the values for which they’ve sacrificed.”

Congresswoman Jacky Rosen is a member of the House Armed Services Committee and sits on the Subcommittee on Military Personnel.
